Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Bottom Layer:
Crush 1# pkg of Oreos, melt 1 stick of margarine. Mix these together and press in bottom of 9 X 13 pan

Second Layer:
Spread 1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream on crust

Third Layer:
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cup peanuts over ice cream. Freeze all until firm

Top Layer:
Melt together 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 stick margarine. Add and stir until smooth 2/3 cup powdering sugar and 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. (need large can) Bring to boil and boil 10 min., stirring frequently until thickens. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Cool, stirring occasionally. Pour over ice cream and freeze overnight.

If you'd like, top with Coolwhip and crushed Oreo cookies.
