Wednesday's Weekly Recipe

Chicken-Almond Stir Fry
total time 35 min prep 10 min
servings 4 servings, 2 cups each

What You Need
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen oriental mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
2 cups hot cooked brown rice

Make It
chicken with cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. dressing; cover. Refrigerate 15 min.
HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add vegetables and remaining dressing; cook 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in nuts.
SERVE over rice.

How to Toast the Almonds
Place almonds in microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until almonds are fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
