What You Need
1pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2cup chopped kalamata olives (about 40)
1/4cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
SPREAD cream cheese onto bottom of pie plate.
COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon over cream cheese.
SERVE with RITZ Crackers.

Red pepper topping can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours before spooning over cream cheese as directed.
