Wednesday's Weekly Recipe


Corn Dip

This is one of my favorite treats. My friend Lindsay makes it for nearly every get-together we have and I am so thankful that she does! I could take the bowl and a bag of tortilla chips and eat til I pop! I don't, of course, but I COULD!


Ingredients:
2 cans Mexicorn
1 can Rotel
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Mix together and refrigerate
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips
